Overall a great experience. The girl at the front desk is very nice and helpful. She handles tough situation very good and is very professional i noticed this on the very first day. Also the lady at the restaurant/bar is very helpful.

Continue with what you are doing. Customers servi e was great and the clean staff was great. Very quiet place just as I like it.. the location is perfect. This hotel is all so close to the major amenities like gas station pharmacy and so on.

First and foremost I will not be returning to this property ever again , the only plus was the location, The front desk lady was very unprofessional and rude she was more entertained about her phone than helping others. The rooms were smelly , dated and had some old disgusting furniture’s, the pool was okay the jacuzzi was nice and warm the view from the rooms were horrible. The maintenance guy was very nice and helpful to accommodate us into a newly renovated room , unfortunately the room had no AC and NO Cable TV but still a little better than the previous one *******Be aware They will not Refund your money so don’t even waste your time trying to speak to the manager. They will tell you that (The manager is not available and won’t be available until next week.) I’ve learned a very important lesson about my experience here today, (read the reviews before you book your next hotel room).

Hotel location in great location, easy access to all venues. Breakfast served 7 days a week, nothing fancy, but if you're in a hurry, it should work. My only complaint is that the pool opens 7am-10pm. If you're planning on sleeping in, forget it because kids are in the pool early and screaming their heads off. Should change start time to 9am, especially on the weekends.
